i have a room for rent in my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. the home has a fenced in backyard nice entry way and semi open floor plan. it is just my son and i who occupy the other two rooms. he is 6 and very well behaved. you will be sharing a bathroom with him, but he doesn't have much stuff. you will be responsible for cleaning that bathroom. i am friendly and pretty outgoing, but i'm pretty quiet when i'm at home. roommate must be female, clean, and quiet. i work rotating shift work, so courteous to my sleeping schedule is a must as well. rent includes all utilities. i am about to cancel the cable because i never watch it, so if you want to keep it, i would just ask you to pay the difference in price (about $40 a month). home has wifi. the picture shows the room as it is now, but it will be cleaned out before you move in. if you need the mattress, i am selling it for $100. dogs are ok (although we cont own any), but i'm not a cat person. must be willing to submit to a background check and sign a formal month-month lease. i will be moving in june and you will have the option of continuing to rent the current room or moving to the master bedroom. 1 year lease would be required at that point.
