hello! my roommates and i are looking for a 5th roommate to pick up the lease as i will be moving. we are looking for a working professional (no pets/no children) who is respectful of space, honest, able to stay up-to-date on rent and utilities payments, and who is looking for an affordable space to live whose occupants are flexible and laid-back. all 4 of my roommates are teachers for teach for america, and so are gone the majority of the day. whether you like to keep to yourself, or join in on the festivities, this is the perfect household for you. the room you will be renting is the largest upstairs bedroom, and you will be sharing an upstairs bathroom and laundry room with 3 others. we have a full kitchen, back patio, garage, and high-speed internet (no cable). you will be taking over my portion of the rent which amounts to $310 a month + utilities (which averages between $65 and $70 monthly, per person). deposit is $310 before move-in, and a prospective roommate must be able to commit to a lease through may of 2017 (no exceptions). the room is available now and, if interested, i would like to schedule an opportunity to meet, let you see the house, and meet the roommates. we are looking forward to meeting the newest member of 553! :)
