basically pretty laid back house in the historic district of summerville, on 1.5 acres with swimming pool. easy walk to downtown farmer's market, bars and restaurants. i'm a young professional (engineer) with two children that i have half the time. i have a regular schedule, run a clean house, and my children are well-behaved and quiet. the room is a spacious 13 x 13 with windows on three sides. it is separate from the rest of the house as it was an addition. there is one full bath downstairs that doubles as a guest bath. i do have family from time to time and you will have to share the bath at these times. you will have kitchen access and can share the washer and dryer (ge profile). my children and i sleep in the three rooms upstairs. i do not have a problem with overnight visitors, or even having friends and family over to use the additional guest bedroom. may be willing to trade babysitting for some rent for the right person.
