hello,
my name is jen and i am scrambling for a roommate. i am looking for someone who needs a nice, roomy, cheap place to stay. i will be putting the house up for sale in spring so there is a possibility of the house selling by mid-summer, but i honestly doubt it with today’s economy. i tried selling the house last summer and got a few bites but no real takers. after my ex-fianc� and i broke up and he moved out, i have been drowning with this house payment on top of grad school. i need a roommate soon or i will be screwed! please, if you are still looking for a place, consider my offer; i am willing to negotiate price, furnishing, pets, etc. if you are interested please email me for pictures of the room and rest of the home. thanks for looking!
