two housemates seeking a third to rent a generously-sized front bedroom with en suite bathroom in a three bedroom, three-bathroom 1800+ sq ft house in studio city. friendly, clean, cooperative, mature environment. the rent is $1200 a month with a $1000 deposit, plus 1/3 utilities (ladwp, gas company, etc); room is available july 1st. we'd like a one-year commitment, with possible extensions based on compatibility, etc. please be comfortable signing an agreement on the items above.about us: male and female; both hard-working, busy, and focused. no drama. neither of us party, but we are social and enjoy occasionally entertaining. looking for a compliment to our positive and motivated environment. we have lived here for almost four years now and love it!
