hello,
we are a group of young adults that are in search of a new roommate to rent a room from july 2017 for a year lease. rent is $300 a month plus $100 for utilities bringing it to a total of $400 per month. we have a shared kitchen, shared living room, and shared basement. we are located in very safe neighborhood, silver lake, in stow ohio, right off of graham road. we are within 5 minutes of various shops including walmart, dunkin donuts, marks, starbucks, and many others. we are 15 minutes from both kent state main campus, and akron university main campus. four bedroom, two bathroom, and extra sewing room. house has shared oven, fridge, washer, and dryer. community space has light furnishings, must furnish own bedroom. room comes with built-in dresser as well as built-in desk, has 6 outlets throughout the room, and can hold a queen size bed no problem. it also has a walk in closet. room's exact measurements are 11.5 feet by 11 feet. we are located on a double lot, so we can accommodate numerous outdoor activities such as bbqing, gardening, ect. available parking on the drive way. we are young people and therefore technologically friendly. we have high speed internet, wi-fi, but no cable. we have hedgehogs and a hypoallergenic cat, but are not looking to live with other cats or dogs (cat doesn't get along with other cats or dogs). other small pets considered on an individual basis. we are looking for somebody that is financially stable as well as respectful and will be a good fit with our personalities. we are a couple and a hard working kent state student ages 20-24.
