we live out in the country part of stockbridge. only a 15 min drive to interstate 75 at eagles landing parkway. grocery store is only a 5 mins drive. we are looking for a male house mate that is also stable and secure. you must have your own transportation. you must pay your rent on time, no exceptions. the room we have for rent is upstairs and it's large.... it will be painted a neutral color..... it comes furnished with a beautiful queen sized bed, mix matched dresser and chest. 32" flat screen tv. you may bring your own microwave for your room. there is a nice walk in closet with racks for hanging and storage. just a few steps away is your private bathroom. it was added after the original owner built the home. it is unusual because it was placed in the sloped part of our roof. it is simple yet functional. mix matched vanity, toilet and tube with shower. we have to mention that the ac/heat up stair does not work at this time. we use space heaters and window ac units and they work great. we will share the kitchen and laundry area. please clean up after yourself. you must buy your own groceries. we have a nice covered back porch and gazebo, covered front porch.

we have 3 dogs a boston terrier, miniature dachshund and a doberman mix. the little ones are very friendly our dobie just needs to get to know you, which usually does not take long. they are not allowed upstairs and stay the main part of the house. we have a large fenced in area for them to run. they are not allowed outside other than the fenced area. we have gates and if you exit one of them it is vital that you lock them back. we will require a few meetings to see if we are compatible and most importantly to see if our dogs approve of you..... renters are not allowed their own pets.
