my husband and i are 26 and 25. we bought a very large home in a nice community, bay city, in stevensville md last year and are thinking of renting the largest room since we have 3 extra bedrooms at the other end of the home. we have two bathrooms so yours would be on the first floor but it is open to the house - not attached to a room. if you're interested you should know that we have an 18 month old boy, but again, we literally are at the other end of the home so it stays very quiet. we also do background checks which i'm sure you can understand with having a young child. we're pretty laid back. let me know if you're interested in knowing more.
