i am a 29-year old female college student looking for a roommate to share my awesome townhouse beginning in june, july or august (the start time is flexible, prefer by august). it is a two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom upper and lower townhome. the bedrooms are upstairs each with their own private bathroom. your bedroom would have two large closets with plenty of storage. the downstairs has a living room and dining room that is fully furnished with a completely equipped kitchen although you can bring some of your own kitchen items as well. there is also a half bathroom off of the kitchen with my own front loading washer and dryer. there is a shared two lane, two car deep driveway we share with the townhouse next door and an attached garage which i use in the winter.

$345 includes heat, water and hot water. the only extra expenses are approx for each person are: $25/month for electricity, $35/month for satellite if you decide to use it, and inernet which the promotion is expiring soon but if we can get the same promotion is $10/month.

this is a home not a grungy gross apartment house. the landlord is very nice and always on top of things. i am honest, reliable, relatively neat (not insanely neat), and understanding and kind. i have two small elderly miniature dachshunds who are well trained and quiet. i prefer to find someone like me who i can rely on, who likes dogs, and does not party (in our home, i don't care if you party elsewhere!). i am not set on a certain age or gender but my landlord does check references and employment which is important since i am looking for a stranger on craigslist! :) if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me! you will love living in this place!

although i have a dog my landlord will not allow additional dogs. sorry. cats can be a possibility with stipulations
