hello! i'm looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed 2.5 bathroom.

a little about me and the place: i am a 22 year old female. i am quiet and enjoy nights in. i work as a consultant in the automotive industry. so, i can work some long hours. on the weekends i volunteer with hart and sing in a choir (but i don't sing at home don't worry). i have two very friendly cats (well one is, he'll lick your face if you let him where the other tends to stay away from new people some).

the place is two stories on the third floor. the main floor is the living room, dining area, and kitchen. it has a window seat, fireplace, balcony, and large windows for lots of light. the room is on the second floor of the unit right next to the washer dryer with a private bathroom and a walk in closet. everything is newly renovated. everything is furnished except for the room.

the rent covers all utilities and wifi.
