my name is matt and i am a 28 year old accountant working on my cpa. i own a condo in arbor grove (3001 58th ave s) and am currently looking for a roommate to help share my burden.the condo complex itself is extremely well kept and very quiet. most of the owners only live here part-time (canadians) so it is especially quiet over the summer. i have 2 designated parking spots for my unit so you can always be sure your vehicle is close by. also to note is a security officer who constantly patrols during the evening hours in this gated community.
some more information about me...i am a single guy and am pretty quiet being that i spend much of my time at home in my room on the computer studying, doing accounting work, or working on my side businesses. i work a normal 9-5 job except during tax seasons where my hours will be extended. i have a cat named jethro that you will see in one of the pictures listed below. he is the friendliest cat you will ever meet and is very clean. the litter box is always out of sight and is cleaned regularly so you will never expect the smell of an animal in the condo. also, i am a very clean person so i expect those interested in the room to be as well.
details of the the condo...i renovated the unit about a year ago when i purchased it. everything in the condo is basically new with the exception of a few counter tops; (new carpet, appliances, cabinets, paint job, flooring, ect.) there is also a brand new washer and dryer which you will be welcome to use as you please. also, there is a screened in patio out back that i use regularly. although i don't allow smoking inside you are more than welcome to use the patio to do so. there is high speed (100 mbps) internet, cable, and netflix.
details of the room...the room itself is normal size (about 11x12 i believe) and is furnished as of right now. the room is move in ready, but if you have a dresser, television, bed, ect. of you own i will gladly remove these items currently in there. the tv is of substantial size and cable is already hooked up. there are two closets in the room. one has a full sliding mirror on it and the other has shelves providing plenty of storage space. you will have a private bathroom (includes bath/shower) that is just outside of the bedroom. the picture of the room that has the desk/computer is mine. i just posted it showing the rest of the unit so i hope to not cause any confusion.

terms...i am asking $450 a month which includes everything. i take care of cable, utilities, ect. so that will be all you are responsible for. i am also asking for a one month deposit of $450. if you have any other questions please feel free to contact me.
