room available in beautiful 1920's story and half st. paul home. the room is the upstairs private bedroom and is approximately 275 square feet, with several areas for storage, and can come fully furnished. there is a full bathroom on the main level that you would share with one other female roommate. you would have full use of the main level of the home which has a large, fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots & pans, etc...) dining area, large family room, 4 season front porch, and downstairs complete with laundry room with washer and dryer, bar area and additional family room plus plenty of storage. there is a deck with a grill for you to use as well. home is located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood with fenced yard.close to:
- target, cub foods and other restaurants and shops
- concordia university, macalester university, st. kate's university, university of st. thomas, and hamline university
- summit and grand, plenty of walking and bike trails
- close to highway 94 and easy access to 35e.

the owner is a 28 year old professional and lives in the home. a typical week for her involves a 40 hour work week with quiet evenings most nights, and on the weekend she is often out and about with friends and family. she is looking for someone that is responsible and respectful.
