hi! we're moving to st. louis from mid-february 2013 through march 2014. we're ready to secure a place with our 1 female coworker and you. we have a place in mind and we need another person to comfortably afford it. we hope that person is you.your future roommates:
c- male professional moving to st. louis for a nonprofit job. loves to cook, watch movies, play videogames, generally nerd out around the house.
k- c's partner, who will be (hopefully briefly) unemployed in st. louis. more of a baker than a cook who always shares her creations, she also loves movies, and boardgames.
a- c's local coworker who needs to move even closer to work, this cool lady just spent a year in india on a fulbright scholarship.
o- is a neutered adult male cat. he's lived with another cat before and isn't aggressive.
you- you're a drug-free non-/outside-smoker. you don't mind your family room full of movies, videogames, friends* and even join us. you're grossed out by unsanitary kitchens. you are absolutely quilt bag-friendly. you'll pass the landlord's basic background check to join us on the lease. you can be added late, but cannot leave before february 2014. couples are great, but we'll expect you to contribute more toward the rent, and you will still both be sharing a shower with a. pets are okay with the landlord and we'd love to have them, provided they'e nice to our cat.
*we're very respectful about bedtimes! we've always lived with roommates and never had problems with noise, especially because we're usually only loud when the whole household joins in.
