looking for female to rent room with closet, wifi is avail if you want to use it there is an extra fee of 10.00 along with your weekly payment. we will share the bathroom and the kitchen which i keep clean, i expect the same in return. there is a private balcony not a large one but it's just as good as any, there are util, which is included in the rent, free basic cable if you have a tv. close to metro and metro link. must have a job. 300.00 to move in. no checks accepted! cash only!! the room is not furnished but there is a daybed as well as an air matress if you need to use it. i am a very laid back person, looking for someone who is laid back also. i am looking for friendship (not gay) also as well as roommate.
