i'm looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd/top floor. it's off of excelsior blvd in st. louis park. it's a mile west of lake calhoun and 2 blocks outside of minneapolis. your half of the rent will be $398.50. uptown is very close. including electricity and internet, it would end up being just around $450-475 a piece. the apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom. the couch and matching chair stays. if you have something better than the recliners, i'd be willing to get rid of them. i'm not attached to everything on the walls either. you'd be able to have off-street parking. there is a parking lot in the back and you'd be able to have a spot. trader joe's, target, byerly's, la fitness, goodwill, and other various stores are very close. i'm right on the bus line also. the stop is 100+ft from the building. the greenway is virtually behind the building. it's definitely a great location.i'm looking for either male of female no younger than mid-20s. the things in the bedroom now will be gone and it's your choice if the curtains stay. you are able to paint the bedroom any color you'd like.
i'm a 32 year old male. i am disabled due to suffering a spinal cord injury 3 years ago, but i can walk with a walker. i am not looking for someone to take care of me, just looking for a roommate. the plastic is on the floor due to needing a walker. there are 2 cats. the older one is named mildred and the younger is spritz.
