turnkey duplex on st. pete beach with a second bedroom available march 29, 2016. rent is $800 + $800 deposit. completely upgraded white tile floors through out, big windows, screens open enjoy gulf breeze. beach access is across the street. if you love the beach, this is your spot. free island free trolley runs in front of the property as well as public transportation. the room for rent has a queen sized memory foam mattress, egyptian cotton sheets, end table, lamp, 5 drawer chest of drawers and deep closet with two shelves for storage. wifi included as tv’s run off wifi. there is no tv in that room but can provide one for you if that is an issue. however, the livingroom has a 60" hd led smart tv, bose sound with amazon firestick, hulu, netflix and showtime. there is also basic cable hooked up to that tv if you want to watch the local news. the door at the end of the kitchen with granite counter tops leads to the side yard and that door has a keypad to it so you could use that as your private entrance is you so desired. there is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. i have one small service animal named luna. she is a doxy with a very sweet disposition. not a yapper. service animals are trained to be quiet as they go everywhere including the airplane. she is allowed three or four barks upon entrance as a greeting and that is it!!!!the bathroom is a shared standupwith a corner 3 tier shower caddy and hand held shower head hand held. towels egyptian cotton.close to stetson law school and eckard college and immediate access to i-275. downtown st. pete is 15 minutes away. if you have any other questions, please ask.
