i am interested in renting the larger bedroom in in two bedroom apartment, located in downtown stlouis. the bedroom is unfurnished, has a private, en-suite bath and large walkin closet. rental includes utilities and wifi.

the apartment is carpeted and air conditioned, and the building has laundry room, exercise rooms, rooftop pool and onsite dry cleaners. underground parking is available (not included in the rental price). i am located within easy walking distance of the metro (direct access to slu, barnes, washington university), the arch, lacledes landing, washington street, the stadium and opera house.

i'm looking for a finantually responsible, employed or retired roommate, preferably male and drama-free. i am not interested in exchanging work for rent. i would require first and last months rent.
