looking for a clean, mature, non-smoking female tenant. this drug-free residence is a large 2600 square foot ranch style house in a great springville neighborhood. i would like a long-term tenant but the lease is month to month and there is a $300 deposit. the home has a great room with eat in kitchen and 32” tv with cable including encore and on demand, vaulted ceilings and a kitchen island. there is a separate front room for additional entertaining. the home has very friendly pets but they will mostly be downstairs with the homeowner or outside. you will be sharing the home with the homeowner and 2 other female tenants. central air, air conditioning, laundry room. wifi is available for normal daily use. utilities are included in the price. the communal areas are completely furnished, but the bedroom is not. very large closets. large front and back yards with a peach tree and vinyl privacy fence. large front porch with chairs and a small deck off the kitchen.if you are allergic to or fearful of cats or dogs then this home is not for you. cable is available in the bedroom for an additional deposit and monthly fee. some additional storage is available in the garage (space permitting). street parking. no additional pets. no overnight guests. housing laws permit only one occupant per room. i do not want kids in the home unless they are temporary visitors. no food or beverage in the bedroom. lds church is a block away. close to the freeway and wal-mart. there will probably be some construction during the day for a few months while i finish the bathroom in the basement.
