home is located on a 1-acre lot with 2 garages that comprise 5-car spaces.
there is a turnaround driveway out front; drive also continues to the back of the home to reveal 2 or 3 more parking spots.
indoor fireplace works well (gas), as does the outdoor gas grill.
available bedroom has a ceiling fan with a spacious closet. there is additional space / storage available to the renter.
rent includes utilities, high-speed internet, share of common-spaces (kitchen, living area, bathroom), and the personal room comes with key-locking door.
this area hasn't any crime but there is a security system on the home and garages.
rent does not include food ';-)
the one-acre lot is expected to have a small garden in the spring if you have any interest in that.
the available room within this house has a window facing south and a window facing west.
there are no surprises within the room, walls and carpet are freshly painted and clean.
there are two rules of the house-share:
1.) all utensils and dishes are to be promptly washed and placed in the strainer (there are not any bugs here and we'd prefer to keep it that way);
and
2.) there are to be no visitors (which invariably could lead to undue myriad of problems).
rent is $250.00/month which equates to about $8.33 per day
