seeking someone to take over the lease of an apartment for my roomate who is leaving. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom- the guest bedroom is the one for rent. it is carpeted and roughly 12x12. has a large window the overlooks the soccer fields. the door also has a lock on it. guest bedroom closet is 2x5- with a shelf on top big enough for several storage bins. you will have the guest bathroom and shower to yourself. there is spare large storage locker should you need additional storage.
located right by campus, amazing view with a 5th floor balconey that looks over the rec fields on msu. balconey is 9x4 and perfect for watching the sunset- as the pictures show.
the apartment complex is very quite and safe, with a covered parking spot available. security cameras are installed to for the doors of the building. the residence here is quiet- mostly retired folks. each floor has its own coin-operated washer/dryer. 1,100 sq. feet.
great for students!
must be ok with cat- but the cats know the guest bedroom is off limits.
about your future roomie: i am an athletic trainer with a passion for rock climbing, swimming, and hiking. would prefer someone of the same gender for safety reasons.
internet included in the price. electric is split with current resident- was 25-50$ on avearge last year.
