hello!we are looking for two outgoing and fun housemates - both openings are currently available.
we are:
- a young, friendly, down-to-earth couple that are currently working on starting a self-sustaining and environmentally friendly business.
- non-religious
- female is currently studying at missouri state university, majoring in political science.
- male avidly enjoys video games and role-playing.

the house:
- a down-payment of $250.00 is required, and will be returned assuming the room remains undamaged.
- rent is $300.00/month and will be put towards household bills. note: if you are a couple, then rent for 1 room will be split between you.
- internet is available, no cable – but will be provided if you are willing to pay for it.
- we have a dishwasher, air conditioning and heat, and a washer/dryer.
- pets are allowed (no dogs), and must be provided for and taken care of by the individual.
- individual transportation is a must.
- smoking: cigarette smoking may be done either in the garage or on the back porch. friendly otherwise.
- in terms of cleanliness, it is asked that you clean up your own messes and keep your room descent. we are not the cleanest people on earth, but not the dirtiest either.
- this large, beautiful house is located in a well-kept and friendly neighborhood. descent sized front and back yards (including back deck), 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 shower and 1 jet-tub), basement and bar, gas fireplace, large kitchen, and storage areas. overall the house has a lot of space to roam around in or to enjoy some privacy. it is a great place to make your own.
- food: we don’t mind sharing, but we would ask that you purchase your own groceries a majority of the time. we usually try to buy cheap groceries from shetlers in seymore, mo. we love to cook and are always open to “family” meals. friends are over often, and potlucks are always an option.
- great location. close to the mall and other shopping areas, ozark fitness center, sequoita park, and not too far from downtown. about 10 minutes away from msu, and 20 minutes from drury university.
- if you enjoy running, this neighborhood provides a variety of areas to do so.

- hardwood floor and unfurnished, except for a single mattress and includes a large open closet with shelving and a light.
