i'm a quiet individual. i love drawing, arts and crafts, video games, anime, collecting action figures and my cat. i am clean, ocd organized and everything has it's place. the house must be kept in it's original state. (i.e. no holes in the walls although thumbtacks are acceptable, no painting, no removing of wallpaper or it's boarders. etc.)
i am looking for a female because of my personality (i get along better with females) and i find them to be much more clean than that of males. it's strictly a platonic relationship too. strictly professional. i'm not looking for a potential relationship right now, just a good friend and a roommate. =) you must be okay with my hobbies and absolutely ~~~~no~~~~ illegal drugs of any kind what-so-ever. if you are the type of person that enjoys a drink every now and then, that's fine but no heavy drinkers please.
