just a few minutes from downtown. the house includes all appliances, including washer, dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. there is also plenty of storage space for both indoor and outdoor items. you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.looking for someone clean and responsible, male or female. one small, non-shedding, well-behaved dog resides at the house, but no additional pets allowed.
utiliites, wifi, and trash are split/shared and are $70/mon, so total for each month will be $370.
first and last month's rent are due at move-in.
