i have a room available for rent beginning july 1st. $450 per month all bills paid with driveway parking and you will have the full bathroom upstairs where the room is located. the house i live in is 4 bedroom two story and i share it with my daughter and two cats. we are very down to earth and quiet people. the kitchen will also be available to you if you need to cook or keep something in the fridge.

other amenities: wi-fi, cable, washer/dryer, you will have access to the family room upstairs, 24 hour monitored security with outside surveillance. very close to 1960west, beltway, 45north and metro park and ride is across the freeway as well as several schools in the spring district.
