i'm a navy officer working at bragg and i just finished a home in carolina lakes. though carolina lakes is in sanford on paper it is actually considerbly closer to spring lake. the community is located where 24 and 87 split. it's usually a 20min drive to fayetteville. if you are not familiar, carolina lakes is a golf and lake community with 5 lakes and a beach, its gated and has a young vibrant residency. the house is over 3800 sq ft and has a walk in closet and private bath for all 5 bedrooms. i plan on using one bedroom as a gym and using the dining room for my pool table. each room has it's own bathroom. if you are interested, it will be rent plus utilities. dogs and caged animals may be allowed on a case by case basis.
