i've got one room for rent in spring hill, tn. rent is $500 utilities included. (high speed internet is included as well) room will be available december 1st, 2015.the room is 14x18, if you need a bed i have one. i also have a small desk/chair and some storage cubbies if you need them. room has its own closet and shared bathroom.
the house has washer/dryer, a fenced in backyard, patio w/doggy door, driveway parking, full kitchen, living room, and dining room access. everything is shared.
i'm a 30 year old male, quiet, no partying/drugs, non smoker, easy going, and easy to get along with.
carpets will be steam cleaned, walls will be cleaned/touched up when current tenant leaves.
i'll need references and proof of steady income.
