i am a high school german teacher. so i keep fairly early hours during the school year. my cat is front declawed, and she is a sweetheart. but i'd prefer no other pets live with us. i am pretty quiet. i like netflix and knitting. i participate in community theater so i go out in evenings to rehearsals and my friends' performances. i'm looking for someone professional and mature. i don't mind overnight guests, as long as they don't become a third roommate! please help keep the place clean. i hope to find someone open to communicate, so we can get along and be amiable!
