my wife and i are looking for a female roommate to rent our extra bedroom in daybreak,we are near the u of u hospital in daybreak.
our requirements are simple: be a good person. we will do extensive background
checks on any applicants.
please understand...i am going to be letting someone in my home with my wife and
i need to be sure they are not going to be nuts.
you will have a private bathroom and walk-in closet.
our price is $500 per month, down payment will be $1,000, plus first months rent (total of $1,500)
