hello and thanks for taking the time to read this ad! i have 2 rooms in my home on the southside of south bend (twyckenham hills) that im looking to rent out. this is a nice home in one of the nicer neighborhoods in south bend. i would like to get $400 a month or $100 a week, which ever is easy for you to pay. i am not charging a deposit to move in. i am looking for renters asap. i live less than one mile from iusb. ivy tech and bethel college are also very close to here. nd is a straight shot up twyckenham drive, no turning involved in the ride, making it hard to miss :)
