this is a private room with a shared bathroom.we are a family of two looking for clean, responsible, non-smoking renters who will get along with a dog in the house as we are hoping to get one soon. the house is located about 3 miles from campus, right next to the sb transpo bus stop (free for university of notre dame and saint mary’s college students) and near the train station. we are a half mile from a martin’s and are open to coordinating grocery trips if you don’t have a car. the room comes fully furnished.
we love pets and are open to small animals, birds, and fish with approval and a $250 pet deposit. sorry, no cats or dogs – our dog might not like them. you will be welcome to use our kitchen including dishes, appliances, and utensils, as long as you clean up after yourself of course. laundry, heating, and air conditioning is provided, as well as street parking. all utilities and internet will be included with the rent except in cases of extreme waste.
rent will be $400/mo utilities included, with a $400 security deposit. since this our home, no smoking or drugs of any kind (including e-cigs and smoked medicines).
