this house has been in my family for 3 generations now. i have known some of my neighbors my whole life. quiet neighborhood, but close to everything at rutgers university/new brunswick.
i am a single mom, with a 3 1/2 year old daughter. she is well behaved and gone visiting her father every other weekend.
the weekends she is away i love to hang out, or just relax.
i am 32 years old, i work full-time for the state of nj. i am neat and quiet. i am getting divorced and looking to get back on my feet financially. despite that, i am a happy person and like to relax and have fun when i can.
i do have one cat. i would accept a roommate with a cat, but please no dogs.
looking for a responsible female who is respectful and neat and pays the bills on time. all of my friends are married or just bought their own houses so i am very limited in roommate choices so i figured this was my best bet!
available may 1, 2010. looking for someone for a year, but 6 months could also work. with option to extend if things are working out.
