my fiancee works at ups and i co-manage a gamestop and run an ebay store in my spare time. we are both in our 20s. she is 25 and i am 24. we do own two dogs and one cat. so we are looking for someone that is pet friendly. neither of us smoke, but are open to having a smoker roommate as long as they take it outside. we are both social drinkers, however we do not party like college kids. we will however, have a holiday party here and there and friends over for drinks. the ideal roommate would be between 20 - 30 years old. male or female but, we prefer a female as we just both tend to get a long better with them. must not do drugs, must not drink constantly, must have a job, must have their own vehicle, and must be respectful for our feelings and our belongings. the later was an issue with the last person that stayed with us. now about the room and conditions, the room is your standard 11x14 room. the room does have a closet and already has a full size bed if needed. you would have a bathroom which is sometimes shared with guest, however not always. we usually allow our guest to use ours, but on the off chance someone is in there, you must be willing to share a bathroom with our guest. you will have full access to the house except our bedroom and bath unless absolutely needed. we do have quite a large fridge, so you can store food. we also have a decent sized pantry that we can reserve a shelf for your use. we also have a large backyard and nice patio where we typically hang out among a bonfire. we do have a small driveway, but there is enough room for three vehicles if you work it out. we our strictly against the use of drugs. if you are found to be using, you will be asked to leave immediately and pay one month's rent. we are asking that you be comfortable signing a three month lease to ensure you are serious about staying and paying rent. we reserve the right the cancel the lease with two weeks notice.
