husband and i are looking to rent room to the right person. we live a quiet life no drama, parties, etc.. we are not into 420, lgbt,etc. we are looking for someone that can buy there own groceries, rent, gas, etc. not looking to "raise" anyone. please clean up after your self. you know practice personal hygiene. we do have a dotson 1yr old dog, just got him a month ago so i don't know how he reacts to other pets. the room has a walk in closet. you will have a private bath. we have washer dryer, dishwasher, cable ( although not in bed room but can be added) wifi,parking central heat and air.
