i'm seeking roommates to rent two bedrooms in my partially furnished cape cod-styled home in skokie. each bedroom has an internet jack. plenty of living space for spreading out. sunny fenced-in back yard has a garden and lots of flowering plants. storage space available in the basement. no dogs but other pets are negotiable (i have a cat). i have a finished bedroom in the basement.

the neighborhood was developed in the 1940s and is quiet and family-oriented. my neighbors are mostly seniors and very respectful. if you need to get downtown, the house is a 10-minute walk to the yellow line l, seconds from the i-94/dempster ramp, and a short bus ride to the morton grove metra station. also nearby: skokie park district gym (weber center), .5 miles; north branch bike trail, 1 mile; chick evans golf course, 1.3 miles; old orchard shopping center, 2.3 miles.
