2 rooms available in 5 bedroom house off sycamore in simi valley. thehouse will be shared with 3 students in the exotic animal training and
management program at moorpark college. we are all hardworking students
who have very early mornings and lots of study time. we have a large dog,
two older cats, and several rats. both rooms are upstairs and have a
shared bathroom with 3 other residents. all three current residents are girls
and we are currently only seeking female roommates.there is a large
spacious kitchen, a living room and dining room, a fenced backyard with a
pool.there is a washer and dryer and a dishwasher in the house. one room
is available may 1st, the other is available june 1st. deposit is $980, other
pets will require an additional deposit. room dimensions are 10 by 10 for
