my name is brianne. my roommate julia and i are looking for a new roomie, since our old one is moving out. we live in a lovely apartment complex on ridgetop. we're pretty easy to get along with, and we try our best to clean up after ourselves. we both work odd hours sometimes, but we're very respectful of whoever's trying to sleep in the house. i smoke, but only outside. our apartment is very vintage influenced. i love the 40's and 50's and julia loves the 60's and 70's, so we've pretty much got it all covered. we have 2 couches, a recliner, a rocking chair, and a purple papasan chair, so we really don't need anymore furniture. our ammenities include: outdoor swimming pool (heated), outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub, gym, raquetball court, tanning, and for the kid in you, we have 2 playgrounds. we have a fireplace that we can use in the winter to keep electric costs down. every room has it's own thermostat. you'd be in the master bedroom, so you'd have a 1.5 bath to yourself and a walk-in closet. we have a decent view off our balcony. we're on the top floor, but it's only up one flight of stairs. we almost never hear our neighbors, which is awesome. quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, so that means no laundry or dishwasher running during that time. our kitchen is pretty small, but we've made it work pretty well. we have a tv and dvd player in the livingroom, but we haven't felt like shelling out money for cable yet. there's a decent sized storage closet on the balcony that's about 3/4 empty right now, so you can store whatever you want in it. all we ask is that you're pretty laid back, don't mind company coming over (no huge parties, so don't worry). we're pretty nice people and don't want to be a pain in the rear for anyone. i know this is a lot, but we've been through some stuff with our former roommate and just don't want a repeat of what happened. have a fantastic day!
