two roommates looking for a third. our ideal roommate is male or female, clean, employed, no drugs, guests and occasional overnight guests are okay. must be dog and cat friendly (no additional pets, sorry). currently one male & female in their mid-20's and 30's, three dogs and one cat live here. cat is in bedroom most of the time but loves to roam during the day while the dogs are outside during work hours. we both work, enjoy cooking dinners, having wine, watching movies, hiking, taking dogs on walks, and working out. we would like someone who is personable, fun, and open minded. you'll be sharing a bathroom with the female roommate, so cleanliness is a must!the home is 2,000 sq ft and the bedroom is 9'x11' with a decent size closet. there is also a queen size bed and dresser in the room for your use. room also locks, so you'll get your own key.
you'll have access to the washer & dryer (side by side, energy efficient), kitchen, small back yard, front porch, balcony, upstairs living area, downstairs media room (unfurnished, please feel free to bring any furniture you may have). street parking is available or $25/mo for garage parking. the room is going for $550.00 per month with a 6-month agreement or $600 with a month-to-month lease agreement; both agreements include sewage and trash. all utilities (gas, electric, water etc.) is divided between roommates.
