bethesda/ nih is 12-15 minutes by bus.
union station is 10 minutes by metro. . .
it is a perfect place if you don't have a car.
however, parking garage is available (with additional cost) if you have a car.

the community:
the blairs is a big apartment complex in downtown silver spring. it has comprehensive features, including gym with a yoga studio, a 24-hr concierge (so you don't need to worry about missing a delivery), a community lounge, a business center, and an outside patio area with ample seating and two brand-new grills. there are three washers/dryers on each floor of the building (these features will make you feel like vip).
the apartment:
it is a 3br with 2 bath and you will share the common area, such as kitchen and bathroom with your roommate. the rent is $895 per month which covers all utilities except we will share the cost of electric and internet.
who we are:
your roommates are two professional in their late 20's. we are friendly, responsible, and know how to respect other people. we are laidback, but also have our principles.
who we want:
someone who is respectful, mature, and have personal goals in your life.
in summary, if you are looking for a place that is just sharing the rent and you want to focus on your personal life and you don't want to be disturbed after you get off from the work, then it will be a perfect place for you.
