summit hills apartment. silver spring, mdlooking for preferably male to rent one room in a 3 bedroom apartment available may 1st in summit hills apartment complex. room for rent is approx 12.10'x10.6' with closet - see attached pictures. the room can fit a large bed, desk and tv in there comfortably. the room will be unfurnished. current tenant has not moved out yet!! bedroom has individual ac/heat control and large window. you will be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate.
current roommates are young professional males and both work for nasa. the prospective renter should be clean, quiet, non-smoking and responsible with a stable job and preferably good credit. there is ample non-designated parking available.
rent is $615/mo (very low for silver spring) + ~$43 for cable/internet (hbo incl) (current roommates open to cutting cable and keeping internet). all other utilities included (electric heat/ac, gas stove/oven included). building has laundry inside and free parking space with rent. parking has multiple entrances during day but is gated off after 9 pm to one entrance with a guard every night and has security patrol during evening hours. during summertime the pool is open and free to use.
conveniently located 10 minute walk to silver spring metro station. giant, rite aid, and downtown silver spring all well within 5 minute drive.
