move-in fees total $65. this includes the application fee required to get you on the lease.
looking for someone to move in before september first, and at least a six month commitment.
the apartment:
fully furnished kitchen, living room, and dining room as well as some bedroom furnishings (desk and dresser). if you have some furniture of your own that you would like to bring, we are willing to discuss swapping out some of what we currently have!
summit hills is a great community that has a free gym and pool, dry cleaning services, and convenience store onsite. it also has free parking for those with a vehicle.
it’s a 10 minute walk to the silver spring metro, and 15 minutes to all of the amenities of downtown silver spring.
roommates:
we are two young professionals in our early 20s, looking for someone in a similar position. we are both male, but are open to having either male or female roommate(s). in the end, we just want someone who is clean, polite, and sociable.
