$885 bedroom in 2 bedroom at summit hills complex in silver spring (silver spring, md)professional female (mid-30s) looking for a replacement roommate to move in on october 1.
the apartment is furnished, but the bedroom is not. the bedroom is 15.5' by 12' with two closets. the apartment complex is a 10 minute walk from the silver spring metro on the red line, 15 minutes from downtown silver spring and close to several bus lines (that go to downtown, bethesda, friendship heights, and chevy chase); has a gym, outdoor pool, dry cleaners, mini-mart, has zipcars and capital bikeshare, and lots of parking and visitor parking. laundry is on site in the basement of the building.
rent is $885 and utilities are included. internet is $27.50 a month. we would share a bathroom. i'm pretty clean and chill and looking for the same. must not smoke or do drugs.
