hi! we'll do the major things that are cool about this place first, and then a bit more detail lower down.major things:
the house is five minutes' walk from the silver spring metro.
your future bedroom is huge - 10' by 14' - with two windows facing east and south, which means lots of light!
it's a three-level townhouse, with lots of room for you and your stuff. our whole basement is storage space, and we've got a washer and dryer down there too.
we have a full kitchen with dishwasher and all appliances, plus lots of cooking equipment.
we have a backyard with chairs and garden space, looking out over a larger green space.
there are free offstreet parking lots for our complex. plus, the leasing office for the complex is super attentive and responsive to problems.
short walk to giant, cvs and more!

five minute walk to s2/s4 buses (silver spring - federal triangle) as well as metro, and many metro and ride-on buses at the silver spring bus terminal

ten minute walk to downtown silver spring: whole foods, tastee diner, strosnider's hardware, borders, afi silver theatre, roundhouse theatre

the roommates:
we're two young professionals, one man and one woman. we are very quiet during the week, and mostly quiet on weekends as well, with the occasional dinner party or game night.

gets along with cats. new pets are negotiable. our lease allows a maximum of two pets.
