it is a friendly building located in downtown silver spring, near all of the restaurants and stores. i am looking for a female to take over my lease until may 2012 (no couples, or males please) and rent out my huge master bedroom with a bathroom, and walk in closet. this apartment has a ton of storage (3 large extra closets) and space. it is also a huge space (1,234 sq.ft).the building has security and someone at the desk 24/7. it also has a tiny gym downstairs, laundry center, and outdoor pool that is open during the summer.
there is one other person who lives there who is also a female. we also have a kitchen, and a huge living room which is great for gatherings.
*the apartment is less than 5 minute walk away from the majestic movie theater, chick-fil-a, color me mine, ann taylor loft, and many other great places to shop and eat. this apartment is also within 4 blocks from the silver spring metro.
i have lived in the building for 6 years, and was very happy there; everyone was always very kind and helpful. it is also a very quiet building. i am moving at the end of july because i got a new job in philly, pa, and i am looking for someone to take over my lease at around that time. please respond if interested! the apartment can be viewed at any time.

*parking is available in the building at a cost but there is a waiting list, there is a public parking garage next door, however.
