i am an young professional working for the government living in a steal of a apartment in the heart of downtown silver spring. i am pretty quiet, leave and come home almost the same time every week night, never have parties or a ton of house guests. my current room mate is moving out and i am looking for someone very similar to her. a young professional with a very stable job very quiet, predictable schedule and respects personally boundaries and not a super neat freak but understands trash needs to go out once filled, dishes should stay in the sink only for 24 hours and the apt needs a good cleaning at least every 2 weeks
