i am looking for 2 housemates. i have 2 rooms for rent in the silver spring area. it is about 15 miles from the center of dc. there is a bus stop less than 1/4 mile from the property. closest metro stop is glenmont which is less than 2 miles away. downtown silver spring is 10 minutes away. there is a shopping center right across the neighborhood. one room is approximately 12 by 14, and the other is 12 by 17. there are furnishings for 1 room to include queen sized bed, night stand, and dresser. there is a shared bathroom for the rooms with 2 sinks. driveway/street parking is available. use of common areas such as kitchen, laundry, living room, storage, etc fully available. fios internet available. rooms are available immediately.i am a 30 year old working professional. i am laid back, organized, and honest. i lkeep the house clean and would expect you to do the same.
