i have a room with private bath for rent in lovely townhouse for the end of august first of september 1,2015 - lovely quiet neighborhood with a short distance to silver spring - easy access to the dc, rockville, columbia, bethesda and baltimore area. the area is well lite, quiet well maintained as it is in an hoa area. if you are a smoker it must be only outside- full loaded kitchen, nice living room, dishwasher, washer/dryer. the room can be furnished or not. utilities will be split two ways and water bill is quarterly and runs about $89 75 a month. i am a professional and would prefer to house share with professional only. lease can be six month and renewed easily should you desire. security deposit and first month rent required. credit check and references needed. pets would be optional on a case by case basis.
