the nice size room is in the basement. there's a kitchenette, refridgerator, dining table, storage, & refridgerator. everything is shared w/ another roommate. the walls are wooden panels and the ceiling is sonic (quiet). there are three women living upstairs. everyone's age is 28, 40, 54, & 60. utilities are included in the rent. cable & internet are separate.we are looking for a laidback, friendly, quiet, and responsible roommate. no drama, no parties, no drinking. the occasional drinking is ok. smoking is outside.
