how about share a new (built 2009) and luxurious 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhome? i am offering a bedroom for rent -- furnished or unfurnished according to your needs -- along with a bathroom that would be for your private use only. i live alone. so, the whole townhome would only be shared between the two of us. shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area, a spacious living room, dining area, and laundry facilities. the house has satellite tv and internet service already.
the townhome is conveniently located to i-65 and highway 31, only approximately a 10 minute drive (from north) down to downtown. the townhome is located in the fultondale / gardendale area.
there is plenty of shopping nearby (within 3 -- 5 minutes), along with parks for walking, a library, civic center with gym, restaurants, etc.
rent: $458 + � all utilities + your own food.
availability: around the end of august -- beginning of september 2014
