hey! we are a young married couple who recently bought a house close to the water with water view. it is waaaaay to big for us, so we would like to rent out the rooms upstairs. first we would like to rent out just one, to see how it goes. or maybe both of them to the same person(price will go up then)? they are next to each other and very charming. private toilet upstairs. bathroom, kitchen, living room and office shared. we also have a shed with a lot of tools. big yard!!!! closet, internet, ac and heater available in both rooms. our house is surrounded by nature, but still close to the cities. annapolis 20min, dc 40. big grocery store just 5 min away(by car). pets ok if they get along with our cats. about us. my husband is in the military, i am a student. we are fun people who like to have a beer here and there and watch a movie or play ps3. we are also very much into nature and pets. we do not allow drugs! no non stop party students! smoking outside ok. cheers!
