i have a nice room for rent right of moffett rd.in semmes in a nice neighborhood.it is a modulate home with 3 bdr. and 2 bath so its almost like a duplex 2 rooms on one end and one on the other.you will have your own restroom.the room is furnished with wi-fi, bed,dresser,and tv but can be made unfurnished.utilities included!i have 2 small dogs .i am disabled and am in my room working from my computer most of the time.
i prefer a professional settled person .you would be responsible for your own food,toiletries,shampoo,soap,toothpaste etc..
i am a very nice person but do like to keep my place clean such as the kitchen and bath area dont much care if your room isnt "just so" .lol the rent is 100.00 a week 2 references needed will post pics asap will be available oct.1 possibly soooner
